At this time, our property rental does not include lodging, however exceptions may be made for members of your crew that absolutely need to remain on the set for security reasons.
As expected, the safety of our guests and our pets & livestock are first and foremost. So the short answer is yes, unless we deem otherwise. Our alpacas & llamas are very friendly and our dogs are very highly trained.
We pride ourselves in hosting one party per reservation to ensure privacy for you and your guests and crew.
Our entire property is available to you for filming & photo shoots, including our pool. If you want to use it for recreational, relaxing use after a hot day of filming, access may be granted. A certified lifeguard may be required.
Absolutely! We understand the demanding schedules of shooting and early and late hours your staff work. StoneBridge Oasis has developed relationship with restaurants and event caterers nearby to keep your crew nourished and happy!
StoneBridge Oasis welcomes all photographers to reserve our location to take pictures and to enjoy all the farm & property offers. Please be advised that should any photographer voluntarily post a photo on a public site such as our Facebook Page, we will interpret this as permission to use that photo in future publicity.
All guests should also be aware that Stonebridge Oasis staff take pictures of the farm and guests daily for use in our publicity and that your presence on the property is an agreement to use, not sell, your likeness.
Yes, all renters must supply StoneBridge Oasis with a special event endorsement policy for the duration of their photoshoot or filming, with coverage up to $1,000,000.
We understand that situations arise which make cancellations or rescheduling unavoidable. However, last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill and we may have already turned business away.
If you cancel or reschedule your reservation any time 15+ days before arrival, a 15% fee will apply.
If you cancel or reschedule your reservation between 14-3 days before arrival, a 25% fee will apply.
No refunds will be issued for rental cancellations within 48 hours of check-in time (4:00 pm).
