Our hand-built timber-frame pavilion with soaring 28' lofted ceilings can be used for photo shoots or as a strategic base of operations. It is climate controlled, has audio visual components. Its size and craftsmanship make it an architectural marvel and a visual anchor point, ideal for dramatic interior and exterior cinematography. It's impressive stone fireplace, grand chandelier and abundant sunlight is a great addition to any set.

Our Dogs

Protecting all of this life are six majestic livestock guardian dogs, including two Kangals, two powerful German Mastiffs, and two regal Standard Poodles. These guardians roam the estate with loyalty and calm presence, forming an unforgettable part of the living fabric of StoneBridge Oasis. In addition, we’ve recently welcomed two young brothers—a pair of Great Daniff's, Great Dane–English Mastiff mixes—whose presence brings an extra spark of joy and charisma to the estate. Towering in stature yet remarkably gentle, these majestic companions possess sleek coats, expressive eyes, and an elegant gait that draws admiration from all who visit. Their playful energy and regal presence add both charm and motion to any scene captured on the property.

Kay & Doc are proud to offer StoneBridge Alpaca and Llama Ranch. The farm is also alive with three horses, and over 100 colorful chickens, proud roosters, and curious guinea hens. The soundtrack of their gentle clucks and calls adds a rural charm to outdoor scenes.
Adding to the warmth of the estate, three families of exceptionally friendly and social cats have recently welcomed litters of playful kittens-charming additions that delight guests and crew alike.
Our property is also visited occasionally by deer, foxes, eagles, coyotes, bobcats and the rare appearance of bears! Add distinction to your filming project.
